Citing Tim Pawlenty Mark Dayton turns to cigarette tax
Dayton said he would prefer a temporary increase of 2 percent on those earning more than $ 1 million a year, which he estimated would generate an estimated $ 520 million. In his account, partly inspired Pawlenty its call option to tax cigarettes because his support of a permit to end off 2005.
